Job description
As a result of the strengthening of the Finance team, we are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager. This position will form part of the FP&A team and will be expected to act as a financial ‘partner’ to the business unit providing financial support and commercial guidance as appropriate. The main responsibility of this role is to drive understanding and transparency regarding current performance, trends and planned performance. You will actively contribute to business profitability and commercial direction, ensuring continual evaluation of commercial issues with focus on translating initiatives to profit and cash. Regular analysis of trends and product profitability will also be expected. The successful candidate will have proven financial management skills in a similar commercial environment, ideally in an FP&A structure. You must also have excellent analytical skills coupled with an ability to understand the wider business context, and a strong ability to build effective working relationships and influence Business Managers. A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) is expected. By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found at our website.
