Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for this well-known market-leading brand. You will support the Commercial Finance Manager and General Manager Europe to ensure a full understanding of the financial performance across the EU commercial business and can provide value adding analysis to support and challenge decision-making. Main duties will span: support the Commercial Finance Manager by reporting on the performance of individual territories, this will involve pulling together the monthly profit & loss account for the commercial business within the agreed timetable; manage sales, margin and cost centre reporting; balance sheet reconciliations to ensure there is full back up of any accruals and prepayments; facilitate month end reviews with the Commercial Management team, individual territories and group finance; ensure robust latest estimates are submitted and reviewed within the agreed time frame. The ideal candidate will be a Finalist/qualified with strong financial accounting and analysis background.
