Job description
Commercially minded ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Accountant is required by this market leading business in the East Midlands. This is a newly created role due to business growth and is really a fantastic time to be joining this exciting business on its journey. You must have previous experience of business partnering business unit MD's as well as leading on the financials. Key duties: effective business partnering; identify issues, take time to understand them and implement changes to resolve; drive change and business development whilst not endangering financial control; challenge as well as being challenged; assist in deal negotiating, bids and contracts; working with the Sales team to drive sales. You must be proactive and keen to learn about the business and be motivated to make a real difference to assist in continuing business growth and development.
