Job description
This is a newly created role reporting to the Director. Key responsibilities will include: single point of contact for providing financial insight to the business; commercial contract status and negotiations; investment proposal analysis and recommendations; cost reduction and value creation, highlighting and instigating efficiencies; progress against plan reporting and analysis; business planning, budgeting and forecasting. You will be a qualified Accountant with a proven track record in a relevant industry. People with a commercial finance background from utilities would be viewed favourably. You will have a holistic view of the business and be able to have a commercial input into it. Our client is a leading Infrastructure/Construction organisation based in Milton Keynes which offers £80,000 - £100,000 plus car plus benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
