Job description
A Business Partner, commercial management accounts job in Liverpool. Our client is a well known multinational business with a truly global presence. They have a significant presence in Liverpool, and are looking to strengthen the Finance team with the addition of a Finance Business Partner for a number of key divisions. Although, you will work for finance, you will be heavily operations focussed, and will work closely with commercial and business facing staff. Your focus will be to drive profitability and performance in your division. You will analyse and report on company performance, and provide solutions to improve performance. You will challenge poor performance and advise how both income and cost can be influenced. You should be a qualified Accountant with demonstrable experience of having worked within a large and complex environment (preferably business to business) in the past 3 years. You will have extensive experience of analysing management accounts and performance data, and advising non-finance staff on its implications. This is a rare opportunity for you to join a large multinational group with good onward progression prospects. You will have a high degree of autonomy and be a respected voice in the commercial team.
