Job description
A large Manufacturing company in Lincoln is looking to recruit a part-qualified Management Accountant on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of a product, including tendering, costing, annual price setting, profitability and monthly management accounts. Communicating with stakeholders, you will be communicating financial information to non-financial colleagues. The responsibilities: responsible for project spend management in line with budget; provide monthly sales and forecast to ensure targets are met; responsible for customer proposals costing on a product line; commercial responsibility for monthly management accounts. The person: you will have or be studying towards an accountancy qualification, ideally CIMA or ACCA with a degree desirable. You will have experience working with financial statements, and have the communication and negotiation skills to interface with internal departments and partner companies. You will also be experienced in problem solving, and creating new models to allow a fresh approach to work. What Next?
