Job description
Reporting to the Commercial Director this role is a high profile position within a large, global manufacturing organisation. The role is focused on the successful delivery of the Group's acquisition and key supplier strategies. The successful applicant will be required to work on a cross-functional basis interacting with senior decision makers across the business both in the UK and overseas. Previous experience of corporate finance, transaction services, M&A activity is not essential but highly prized. However an ACA background is essential. Requirements: ACA qualified only; graduate; ideally Big 4 background although Top 10 firm acceptable; excellent communication skills; strong systems, in particular Excel; project orientated; corporate finance/transaction services experience desirable. A leading Manufacturing firm based in the North West offers £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
