Job description
Role for a finance qualified Commercial Manager from a facilities management background. You will be working within a rapidly expanding facilities management business, advising their high profile clients on their outsourcing arrangements. Your role will see you involved in the following: looking at outsourcing terms and contracts; producing commercial and finance models; looking at maximum pricing and guaranteed saves; providing reports to senior management for both the client and suppliers; understanding commercial issues and providing solutions. This role is ideal for commercially minded qualified Accountants from a facilities management background with experience in the above fields. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential as you will be engaging with senior management, providing reports for commercial business decisions.
