Job description
Cutting edge leading Retail business seek to appoint a commercially focused individual to lead their Merchandising function. Sitting as the interface between the Purchasing and Commercial teams this is a highly visible, business focused role offering a superb breadth of exposure. Your team will be heavily involved with the key decisions taken regarding the product purchased and quantity ordered, assessing stock levels and when to bring new stock into the business, cash flows and working capital accounting together with commercial analysis of, for example, margins/tariffs. You will be an ambitious individual, ideally with a finance background but having some exposure to the supply chain/stock management. Excellent progression is a given for the right individual.
