Overview

Our Customer Value Management (CVM) team, is currently expanding and undergoing an exciting transformation. The purpose of this is to refocus effort from hunting to farming customers and to focus on lifecycle management as a strategy for sustaining future revenue growth. As a result of this expansion, we are looking to hire a number of permanent commercial, marketing and data analysis roles to join the team.

Role Purpose

This role will have responsibility for interpreting analysis relating to the customer base in-order to identify commercial solutions that can drive value. There will be a need to assist with the development of business cases working with the Finance function as well as working with Customer Insight and Product individuals to build customer strategies and to develop propositions. Developing solutions that help to create the balance between managing a customer base for value and building customer relationships that foster engagement and retention.

  • Lead development and execution of base ARPU stimulation activities.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills

Essential:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent standard.
  • Extensive commercial experience (mobile telecomms experience preferable but not required).
  • Highly numerate and commercial minded. Proven ability to interpret commercial and financial analysis and make changes as necessary.
  • Track record of being responsible for a key commercial performance driver of a blue chip company.
  • Experience of working with Operations teams and appreciative of constraints of delivery through customer facing areas such as retail and call centres.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Competent and confident in relationship building, and able to influence senior management.
  • Passionate about the impact CVM activity can have for the customer.

Desired:

  • Experienced in briefing of and working with qualitative and quantitative market research, customer insight, customer data, financial information and customer segmentation.
  • Experienced people Manager with track record of people development.
  • Economic/financial (spreadsheet) modelling.
