Job description
Greenwell Gleeson has been instructed to recruit for a very commercially minded individual. Working closely with cross functional teams including sales, operations and finance you will be tasked with helping coordinate effective bids and tenders with new and existing clients. You will need to understand and evaluate customer requirements, provide full financial and commercial analysis, prepare tender response documents and work with operations to understand capacity restraints in line with overall strategy. This high profile role will suit someone who has excellent business acumen and have the ability to understand overall business strategy and apply this to specific projects, additionally you will need to be very numerate and have the ability to financially model different scenarios and communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate tenders are produce. You will also be involved with supporting client meeting to deliver tenders and subsequently win new business. Experience of working on bids and tenders is a must and experience within a contracts led organisation and Manufacturing/Engineering sector would be an advantage.
