One of the most respected and successful Technology companies, our client is part of a Group that is a fast-track success with revenues in excess of £100m operating across a number of well known brands. This key position will provide an essential No 2 role to the General Manager to a £15m t/o Agency division.
Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, this broad based and exciting brief will focus upon:
- Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of commercial/fiscal management of the company (all areas of macro/micro commercial management).
- Leading and monitoring a team of operational/delivery professionals in the delivery of sophisticated outsourced technology solutions.
- Interrogating, understanding and leveraging both client and product profitability issues.
- Steering, influencing and driving change in structures, solutions, accounts and organisational approach so as to improve revenues and profitability.
- Providing overview support to the General Manager in all aspects of managing, running and shaping the future direction and vision for the company.
Well qualified (possibly part-qualified or qualified accounting or MBA with strong Finance/Commercial orientation), resourceful and grounded, you will be at home in a fast-growth marketing agency environment. You will have the talent to build strong in-company relationships with high level technically brilliant teams and be able to communicate and influence them to the best business benefit of the company.
