Job description

A highly commercial position with high levels of visibility and responsibility, this Commercial Reporting Manager position will offer the successful candidate a positive career move into an evolving and progressive business. The role will involve developing the commercial reporting strategy and the following: supporting the board by the provision of accurate, up-to-date and top level commercial information; developing the KPI reporting process and strategy; day-to-day management of a team of over 20 Accountants and Analysts. To succeed in this position, the candidate will ideally have had similar exposure in a smaller business and: exposure to a significantly sized company board. Requirements: a solid academic background including 2:1 degree or above and a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA); significant management exposure and the ability to develop teams; the ability to challenge, develop and improve processes. A well recognised brand in the West Midlands, my client is a large and well respected business with extensive opportunities for career progression offers £60,000 - £70,000 plus car plus bonus plus healthcare and pension. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
