Job description
An excellent opportunity to join one of the world's most exciting brands. Our client is seeking a Commissions Analyst on a 6-10 month contract basis in their London office. Project summary and position overview: calculate GSCS Commissions for an assigned segment/region; validate annual commission information (Quotas, OTVE) with Segment Finance data; reconcile data found in ICM system with sales and installs reports from finance systems; execute activities consistent with established Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Policies & Procedures; provide interpretation of the policies found in the Global Commission Framework (GCF); provide ad hoc reporting to sales management and segment finance; identify enhancements to process and system limitations to improve the efficiency of commission workflow; communicate effectively and consistently with all relevant stakeholders regarding commissions; coordinate employee changes to commission targets (ie Joiner/Leavers) with HR, finance, business ops, and sales staff. The successful candidate must have commissions experience, ideally from a telecommunication/tech/recruitment industry background. Good knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to manipulate pivot tables and formulas is essential.
