Job description
Are you currently employed in a senior capacity by a major US Software house managing its pan-European sales remuneration programme? If so then you will definitely be interested in the role we are assisting our client to recruit. Key features of the role are: managing and mentoring a diverse team of Commissions Analysts across a number of EMEA entities, championing process improvement, acting as the strategy lead regarding global commissions process alignment and managing the personal development and career plans of the team of Analysts. This is a high profile role that necessitates excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a proactive, strategically focussed outlook. You will also need to have a sound knowledge and preferably experience within the wider finance function. The benefits: a superb package and prospects on offer for the successful candidate. The salary on offer is £70,000 - £80,000 plus car, bonus and benefits.
