Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a growing Manufacturing business in the Warwickshire area. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting function having full responsibility for: KPI reports weekly/monthly; establishment, writing, implementation and maintenance of all departmental working practises and procedures; authorising all purchase ledger payments; constant cost centre overhead analysis; overseeing and finalising monthly and quarterly management accounts; constant review of profit and loss and balance sheet; coordination and implementation of successful end of year audit; continuous cash flow, budgets, forecasting and treasury monitoring; understanding and control of the companies relationship with its Banking Partners; including cost, borrowing capability, day-to-day, direction and future requirements; organisation, management, training and discipline of two staff within the department; debt collection and supplier payments.
