Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a large Insurance company based in North Bristol. The role is to provide comprehensive support to the Company Secretary and having overall responsibility for the departmental statutory accounts. The role will include a number of duties including: maintaining the statutory company secretary records; producing minutes and forms in line with current legislation; providing accurate monthly records of group structure; preparation of all Company Secretary material and documentation for the AGM; producing Form 42’s within the statutory deadline from HMRC; ensuring the submission of annual returns; maintaining and producing relevant updates to shareholders. Ideally the candidate will have the following skills/competencies: Company Secretary experience within a PLC (AIM listed) company; experience of producing information for filing with companies house; ICSA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or part-qualified; awareness of share options and how they work. The role is due to start within the next few months and applications will be reviewed promptly.
