Job description
Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a permanent Compliance Officer for our client in Bradford. The role: you will be responsible for assisting in managing key risks and identifying improvements; you will respond to compliance issues, develop solutions and offer guidance; development of processes to maintain systems and identify key legislation & its impact; establishing and maintaining relationships with regulators. The requirements: experience within a compliance or control function; working knowledge of FSA Treating Customers Fairly principles; an understanding of risk management and corporate governance; knowledge of regulatory requirements.
