Job description
You will be responsible for executing all aspects of the Accounting and Finance function. This will include the preparation of monthly management accounts, preparing budgets and forecasts, bank and intercompany reconciliation, review of the balance sheet and P&L for all entities, budget analysis, VAT returns managing the statutory reporting process and liaising with the Auditors. You will also be involved in: the fund accounting working in conjunction with other offices; managing the working capital and cash position of the business and the funds; collecting quarterly portfolio company management information for internal review. Requirements: qualified ACA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent; previous private equity/venture capital experience is essential; financial modelling skills; drive and ambition; excellent communication skills.
