Job description
One of Oxfordshire’s leading businesses is looking for a Finance Controls and Compliance Accountant to support the implementation of a new financial control framework. The role will be mainly operational, designed to provide professional expertise at all levels, working with colleagues and senior staff to ensure the smooth running of the new system. You will manage the Core Process team, while also being part of the senior and Support teams. Responsibilities will include implementations, reviews, reports and analysis. You will also be responsible for adequate training and support for staff throughout the company as well as ad hoc troubleshooting and controls work. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified with post-qualified experience. Strong IT skills and a sound understanding of ERP systems are essential. Knowledge of implementation is desirable. You should have proven leadership skills, an excellent communicative and organisational manner, and be proactive and efficient under pressure.
