Job description
Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a truly commercial role? My client is a Top 100 worldwide brand and a main player in the corporate finance market in the UK and overseas. Working as part of a deal team, this role will provide independent financial advice to corporates, institutional investors and governments seeking to buy or sell businesses, raise new finance or improve the efficiency of the funding on their balance sheets. To succeed in this role candidates will be commercially minded with strong core accounting knowledge (ACA/ACCA), demonstrable drive and determination and a passion for finance. In return, the successful candidate will work for one of the biggest companies in this sector and will truly be able to add value to a client. Relevant corporate finance experience is not required, but potential applicants should hold a 2:1 degree from a recognised university and UK experience.
