Job description
Our client is one of the Top 4 firms and leading Corporate Finance teams in the Midlands. They seek to strengthen their team with a highly experienced Corporate Financier with senior level exposure, ideally (but not essential) within the Midlands market place. You will obviously play a key role working closely with the partners on business development, pitching for new deals, analysis of market activity as well of responsibility for day-to-day management control of transactions. You will join a well established team offering a broad range of transactions with a very strong brand name behind them. The successful individual will be expected to come with strong relationships already in the investment community and have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis. Your transaction experience may either have been built within the profession or industry. Our client will either consider someone who is already operating at a Director/Partner level or is now ready for that step upwards.
