Corporate Finance Director
West Midlands / M40 Corridor
Midlands Manufacturing forming part of a major global group our client, a $500m + sales international business, has manufacturing operations and sales offices across Europe, the Middle East and North America and an enviable reputation for innovation and product quality. Reporting to the VP Finance; coordinate, facilitate and advise upon all aspects of the acquisition process/lifecycle from the identification and analysis of potential opportunities, through the evaluation of potential targets, bid process and commercial negotiation through to the successful post acquisition integration into the business. You will have a proven track record of success dealing with acquisitions, gained in either a multinational environment or as an industrial specialist within a professional advisory firm; academically strong with a minimum of a first degree plus an MBA and/or a professional accountancy qualification; technically strong, a superior communicator with sound commercial judgement, a strategic perspective and first class interpersonal skills; a natural leader with excellent organisational skills to drive and complete complex commercial projects.
