Job description

A Corporate Finance Specialist is required to join the largest Corporate Finance team in Cambridge. An executive is an integral part of the corporate Finance team, supporting the Manager and deal leader on all aspects of corporate finance transactions and deal origination, including preparation of business plans, information memorandums, research and supporting data. An executive will also be expected to contribute to business development activities through corporate targeting and attending networking events with the professional community. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic and busy corporate Finance team in a leading accountancy and business advisory firm. With bases in Cambridge and London, the corporate Finance team cover the East Anglia region and have seen a strong pipeline of activity in 2011. There is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make the position their own and significantly develop themselves through early transaction and market exposure. The ideal candidate will be from an accountancy background, ACA/ACCA qualified with strong numerical and literacy skills, but exceptional people skills, confidence and the ability to take a commercial view is equally as important.
