Job description
Exciting, newly created opportunity is available at an acquisitive company based in Cheshire. The client is a £200m turnover, international business, which has a need for an ambitious, commercial ACA who will work very closely with one of the Board Directors. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, from analysis of sales and revenue to due diligence. You will interact with all departments from finance to sales and will sit away from the mainstream Finance team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and hungry and must be ACA qualified with exposure and experience of the following: raising finance; mergers and acquisitions; management by outs. You must also have advanced modelling and forecasting skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure in a variety of areas and to really make an impact on the running and success of an international business.
