Job description
An independent Manchester based accountancy practice is seeking to recruit a talented individual as a Corporate Finance Executive. The candidate will be ACA or equivalent with excellent communication skills. Corporate Finance experience would be an advantage, but is not a requirement. The candidate will be fully involved in a variety of lead advisory transactions in the SME market including fundraisings, MBOs, acquisitions and disposals. The candidate will have full exposure to the whole transaction and will be involved in all aspects of corporate finance including financial modelling, business plans, buyer research and managing client and further relationships. The candidate will have good Excel modelling skills, ability to write clearly and concisely, resilience and ability to negotiate and work under pressure. The candidate will need to be self-motivated, confident and able to deal with clients at board level, with good attention to detail and commercial awareness skills.
