Job description

Our client is one of the most highly regarded growing Corporate Finance teams in Merseyside area. A continued increase in deal flow has created the need to increase headcount and recruit a qualified ACA into a Corporate Finance Executive role. Working as part of the close knit team, you will gain exposure to all elements of corporate finance. You will also gain exposure to transactional work, financial modelling and analysis, and working on smaller deals and gradually developing within the team to become a key player on large deals. These deals will include MBO’s, MBI’s, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews in the mid range sector. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has targeted Corporate Finance as a career move, and has excellent communication and commercial skills, strong personal drive required to succeed in this profession. You should be happy working in a medium sized team were team spirit is very important, and capable of acting on your own initiative in a stand-alone capacity where required. Full training and support will be offered, as the client anticipates the ideal candidate will have little or no exposure to Corporate Finance, but solid experience of working with smaller clients and a strong desire to develop a more commercial skill-set. A rewarding career path will be a reality for the person who is lucky enough to secure this role. For more information on this role contact Dickson O’Brien Associates.
