Job description
A niche Corporate Finance and Accountancy firm based in Norwich is seeking to expand their team with an additional ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant. The team works closely together to provide a high calibre services to a wide range of clients. Acting as ‘Trusted Advisors’ providing insight into the commercial aspects of businesses as well as Financial Services. The role will be varied mix of general accounting duties (about 25%) and corporate finance/advisory work including: analysing potential acquisitions for clients; researching and providing comprehensive reports on company performances; providing realistic company valuation and advice on acquisitions and disposals; undertaking rigorous due diligence analysis; supporting clients in MBO and MBI; candidates must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA with current experience within a professional Practice environment; keen to be part of a focused team, and taking pride in providing the best service required by the client. The firm has a strong presence in the local area, and attracts clients from across the UK.
