Job description
My client is a recognised, global brand. With offices all over the UK, they are now looking to expand their Corporate Finance team in London. The current focus is for candidates with some experience of financial due diligence projects. While other firms are slowing down their recruitment drive my client is aggressively hiring. This role provides a fantastic platform to a more Corporate Finance driven Front Office role, giving you an insight to pre deal work and with the team expanding significantly, this role with provide a fantastic opportunity to develop a career and join a team that has already demonstrated phenomenal success and a highly collegiate environment. The firm pride itself on its sector expertise and is looking for individuals who has been in more general positions but is looking to gain specific sector expertise in the long run. The TS team sits within the Corporate Finance and Strategy therefore exposure to M&A and restructuring is very likely with my clients offering secondments to high performers. The ideal candidate will be: ACA qualified with exposure to FDD projects; strong academic background with a 2:1 or equivalent; strong communication skills with an interest in the deal space.
