Job description

My client is a highly reputable and growing company based North of Cambridge. Due to their growth they are seeking a finance professional to join them to manage their programme of acquisitions and have significant funding capacity in place to support transactions in the range of £20-100M. Reporting to the Group FD you will be responsible for working in partnership with the GFD to run the acquisition process through to completed transaction. This is a pivotal and high profile role within the organisation which not only gives exposure to all levels of the business but also to key advisors in the City. To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Accountant with experience of working in a Lead Corporate Advisory role. You will have strong technical skills including researching potential acquisitions, financial modelling, valuation and reviewing legal documents. Ideally you will have an understanding of the fund raising process and options together with excellent negotiating and presentation skills.
