Job description

Corporate Finance Partner required for this unique corporate finance business, specialising in corporate sales/purchases and the provision of fund raising to clients. Main purpose: to project manage complete transaction between all parties; preparation of financial models consistent with project plans/aims; creation of client business plans; face to face involvement & negotiation with clients at all levels; management and analysis of risk throughout entire process; development and attraction of investors to the corporate business; to assist partners where possible with the co-ordination of each transaction. Qualifications & experience: corporate Finance specialist with experience of disposals/modelling; qualified Accountant; ACA , ACCA, CIMA; Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint Personal Attributes; good interpersonal skills; excellent communication at all levels; creative and lateral thinking; committed and highly self motivated; desire to excel with a competitive market.
