Watson Moore is recruiting a Sales Director on behalf of a rapidly expanding Corporate Finance boutique with a strong national presence. Historically based in the North of England, this company sales boutique has recently expanded their operations and now has an office in London. As the Business Development Director, you will act as the most Senior Deal Originator, managing a team and taking responsibility over both business strategy and the entire London operations. In return, you can expect an unrivalled commission structure that facilitates a realistic total package well over £100k. Junior members of the team currently earn in the region of £55k - £60k with this appointment sitting significantly higher up the chain. Candidates with a deal origination background in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, fund raising and in particular company sales are of considerable interest. Sales professionals in a banking or other advisory environment will also be considered. Corporate Finance Deal Leaders/Executers will also be considered in a dual role spanning origination and execution. Deals are currently executed by a strong team of deal leaders across the UK and the emphasis on this hire is finding a capable and credible individual established in the London market to supplement their already excellent deal flow. My client is keen to find an individual that is able to communicate comfortably in the company sales market and has a proven track record of cold and warm lead conversion in a banking or advisory context. Deals will then be executed across the UK. You must be ambitious, professional, credible and dynamic. You will be passionate about the deal and be keen to reach your full potential as soon as possible.
