The firm has an interesting and varied portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate clients based in all over East Anglia and London and due to the continuing success and expansion, the firm is now wishing to recruit a part-qualified/qualified Accountant to specialise within this fast-paced, challenging and lucrative sector Your role will allow you to become involved in some very interesting and high profile projects as well as: business planning and financial projections; share and business valuations; business fund raising, equity and debt; business acquisitions, disposals and investments; due diligence reporting; reorganisations.
