Job description
A Corporate Finance Manager is required for a Private Equity backed global Media organisation. You will be responsible for leading the Business Analysis team in providing a planning and analysis and decision support service to the Senior Management and their Private Equity group. All mergers & acquisition activity will also be handled as part of this position. Reporting to the FD, your key deliverables will include: managing the financial planning & analysis activity for the business; assisting in the development and implementation of the Group strategy; full responsibility for all financial processes of Group M&A activity; development and management of the Financial Planning Analyst. The ideal candidate will be currently working in a Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions team for a Management Consultancy or within Practice with the aspiration of moving into industry. You will excellent interpersonally with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels of business. A financial qualification/financial planning experience will also be a distinct advantage.
