Job description
Our client, a world leading asset management business in Central London, is looking to recruit a Corporate Financial Analyst. The company expect to make a significant amount of acquisitions over the next two years; the target clients and procedures for due diligence are in place and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transactional process and closing the deal. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant of relevant PQE with a background in corporate finance, probably in a small private equity firm or perhaps within industry or practice. Experience of analysing deals in a FIG context would be a distinct advantage.
