Job description
International Group with £70m turnover requires a strong accountant for this Group level role. Reporting to the Group FD and based at HQ near Heathrow, this is an interesting and varied role. Key responsibilities include preparing cost centre reports and balance sheets and consolidating month end results for 13 entities, liaising with business unit finance and general management to oversee inter-company reporting and balances, tax and treasury reporting, cash flow reporting and managing the Group budgeting process. You will also support the FD with internal financial reviews and with general financial projects to improve processes and controls. Technically strong and with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have initiative and the ability to work unsupervised, be enthusiastic and highly IT literate. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have some experience of working for a Group and doing consolidations. You may be required to travel occasionally.
