Job description
Our client is a world leader in its field with a £70m turnover and operations in over 100 countries. They require a strong Accountant to work in this Group level role, based at HQ in Middlesex. Reporting to the Group FD this is a challenging and varied role. Key responsibilities include preparing cost centre reports and balance sheets, consolidating month end results, liaising with general management to oversee inter-company reporting, tax and treasury reporting, cash-flow reporting and managing the Group budgeting process. You will also support the FD with internal financial reviews and general finance projects. Technically strong, with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have initiative and the ability to work unsupervised, be enthusiastic and highly IT literate. Ideally, you will have experience of working for a group and doing consolidations. You may be required to travel occasionally.
