Job description
A rewarding opportunity exists in Manchester for an experienced Corporate Recovery Manager, within an international firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. Working closely with the Partners, the Corporate Recovery Manager will play an integral role in the department’s growth, with excellent personal progression prospects. The Corporate Recovery Manager will manage a portfolio of corporate cases, taking full responsibility for case strategy and progression, management of WIP and effective delegation of work within the department. They will be responsible for ensuring statutory procedures are followed and will provide training and support for junior members of staff. A further element of the role will be to support the Partners in business development and networking initiatives for the department. The Corporate Recovery Manager should be a Manager or Assistant Manager looking to perform a hands-on departmental head role within a high profile business. Study support for the JIEB exams will be provided (if required) and the role will allow progression to an appointment-taking role in the future. Applicants must have experience of managing teams, ideally (but not essentially) gained within a Top 50 firm.
