Job description
Our client is a global leader in its field. As part of a global reorganisation they are migrating finance to an Outsourced Finance function and creating a Central Finance Centre of Excellence. In order to do this they require a number of Finance Transition Project Managers to act as Country Change Leads within specific countries across Europe. The overall purpose of the role is to coordinate the successful Finance Transition of a Country from Local to Centralised support. This will involve working with three core stakeholders: local Finance function including FD; Central Finance function; Outsource Finance function. A key element of Finance Transition will be knowledge transfer. The Country Finance Transition Lead will be responsible for the migration of knowledge from the Local Finance function to the Finance Centre of Excellence and Finance Outsource provider. In addition, the Country Finance Transition Lead will act as front line liaison with Local FD & Local Project Manager in Finance related aspects of the country transition.
