Job description
12 month secondment working as a Credit Analyst. This important role will offer an experienced Credit Analyst an opportunity to have a direct impact on the future direction of this rapidly growing business. The right candidate will possess a strong combination of interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills and is very much centred working in risk management: someone who can understand and communicates with management and advice on credit exposures so they are kept in line with the employer's limit on risk bearing. Duties include: control and monitoring the receipt and return of security deposits and bank guarantees; produce monthly statistical analysis and reporting on all credit vetting activities including adherence, acceptance and declined rates; working within a busy Credit team, directly assisting the Credit Manager in implementing changes to the credit policy and sales direction as result of analysis completed; manage and mentor including training and development Junior Credit Analyst; complete monthly financial control audits on Credit team to ensure adherence to collections policy; providing any relevant feedback to Team Leaders.
