Job description
A new forward-thinking social business providing homes and neighbourhood services. The group provides residents with high quality, safe and secure homes and local neighbourhood services. You must have the following: past experience of dealing with accounting records maintained; involvement of ensuring the correct financial calculations and VAT are processed. Ideally you have the following: financial experience within the housing or renting environment; ideally you will have supervised financial members of staff in the past. Role information: assist with the efficient and effective operation of debtors and rent accounting processes; ensure that internal customers receive financial and accounting services required; undertake credit control procedures.
