Job description
A fast growing FCMG company in the UK with the headquarters in London is looking for a Credit Control Manager with experience. The Credit Control Manager will report directly to the FD and will oversee operations in the Credit department. The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for: supervising a Credit department of up to 10 staff; control a portion of the ledger or handle major accounts; maintaining accurate team measurement and performance statistics; ensuring the Credit department interacts well with customers and departmental colleagues, eg sales; meeting certain collection targets set by the FD; setting targets and supervising staff performance as well as staff recruitment and development. The Manager should possess the following skills: the ability to lead and motivate a team; good judgement and decision-making ability; good spoken and written communication skills; a confident and assertive manner; a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; good organisational skills; the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; good business sense and commercial awareness; mathematical and computer skills.
