Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, supportive, lively team within a profitable division of a FTSE 100. You should have good credit control experience, ideally from a large company background with a positive, proactive approach & excellent communication skills. There is a great environment with excellent long-term career potential. Responsibilities: to be responsible for the collection of monies on a portfolio of accounts; to assist with query resolution as agreed; to be responsible for own housekeeping, ensuring filing performed on a daily/weekly basis; to be responsible for own dunning production and gain appropriate sign-off from management to issue; to achieve team and individual targets set by management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and be measured against them; to perform cash flow and pipe line forecasting for own portfolio of accounts, in accordance with agreed KPIs and signed off by management. Reporting skills are essential and good written and verbal communication skills are of importance in this environment. You will provide a weekly update on progress and position with regard to cash receipts against forecast.
