Job description
Reporting to the Credit Manager and managing a team of experienced B2B Credit Controllers you will deliver administrative and hands-on practical support to the business, taking a full and active role in the duties of the department. Taking ownership of a number of accounts of varying value and size, you will be directly responsible for the performance of your team, ensuring prompt and complete payment of trade debt for the teams’ accounts. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely reporting, producing debt analysis and reporting to senior management. On a regular and ad hoc basis. Further duties in this high profile and broad ranging role include query resolution according to agreed SLAs, contributing towards the setting of agreed performance targets for your team and ensuring that collection of debt reduction targets are achieved. Based in the Harrogate/York area, this is an excellent opportunity for an experience, professional Credit Controller with experience of working to deadlines and ability to process large volumes of data. Candidates with supervisory experience from a PLC background are encouraged to apply.
