Job description

Reporting into the Credit Control Supervisor you will have the key responsibility of ensuring that cash collection is maximised and credit risk is minimised; that all department procedures are adhered to and cash collection targets are met. Your role will include the prompt collection of outstanding monies, keeping ledgers up-to-date and 'tidy' and advising your supervisor of any issues that may affect payment terms. Monthly departmental meetings ensure a strong communicative and busy atmosphere. You should have at least a year's credit control experience and think on yourself as a proactive, positive communicator. Experience of SUN & Vision would be useful but is not essential. Intermediate excel skills are required.
