Job description
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced, team focused environment within a division of this highly profitable, & growing, FTSE 100. The Credit Controller will have a variety of responsibilities and must be comfortable with significant telephone work. Duties: to be responsible for the collection of monies on a portfolio of accounts. To assist with query resolution as agreed; to achieve team and individual targets set by management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and be measured against them. To perform Cash flow and pipe line forecasting for own portfolio of accounts, in accordance with agreed KPIs and signed off by management; to undertake all necessary activity to secure strong credit control results for the business using a variety of communication formats with the emphasis being on the telephone as the primary tool. The Credit Controller will have good credit control experience, be comfortable in a busy team, able to prioritise a workload & be able to produce reports (good Excel is essential). Strong communication is essential & any exposure to the insurance sector would be an advantage. Hours are 11.30am-8pm (Mon-Thurs) & 8am-4.30pm (Friday).
