Job description
Main job responsibilities. Make contact with customers regarding all unpaid items, following up communications frequently. Monitor daily all incoming correspondence, ensuring that customer queries are resolved promptly and accurately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all customers (internal and external) and other team members. Anticipate developments and identify accounts that require special attention and act decisively to resolve difficulties, consulting management where appropriate. Maintain efficient, proactive, customer focused communication with order management and the Sales team relating to any debt accumulation on accounts. Adhere to deadlines for month end and reporting. Ensure compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley. This position will require the candidate to drive or find their own means of travelling to and from the office.
