Job description
WH Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for multinational Research company. Our client, due to expansion, is currently seeking a Credit Controller to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor your main responsibilities would include: managing a portfolio of ledgers by closely liaising with the Sales and Customer Relations teams; credit checking new account; monitoring and chasing the customers and clients directly to ensure collection of payments; sales ledger- Generating invoices and sending them to clients; creating and monitoring aged-debtors reports for ledgers under your supervision; escalating issues to the Credit Supervisor and Legal teams. Skills required: excellent communication skills; previous experience of managing a high volume ledger and lowering aged-debt; ability to negotiate and develop strong client and customer relationships; previous experience of generating and providing analysis of aged-debt reports; part-qualified AAT/ACCA/CIMA (desirable).
