Job description

Prestigious Property Management company requires a Credit Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of Credit Control, working together on a ledger of up 800 tenants. Responsibilities will include the chasing of rents via phone, fax and email; monthly reporting to senior managers, account reconciliations and cash allocation; produce daily/weekly and monthly reports of cash receipts and outstanding debt; and ad hoc duties as requested. The company is employee focused and will provide all necessary support to induct you into the industry. To be successful in this role you must possess Credit Control knowledge.
