Job description
This global organisation with a Manchester head office is looking to appoint a Credit Manager in this key role within the company. Due to continued expansion the role has been created to manage the credit function whilst reporting to Group Finance. Due to the nature of the business it is essential that the Senior Management team possess a relevant qualification to their specialism, therefore ICM qualified applicants will only be considered. Your core duties will include: managing and developing a team of controllers, setting KPIs and reviewing performance; reporting to the Management team and possess a strong a clear approach can be comfortable dealing with Senior Directors; streamlining credit management procedures and ensuring the business is in a strong financial position. You must have experience of: delivering change management in a positive and successful way ensuring the best results are achieved; working to strict reporting deadlines; operating on numerous accountancy software packages and be comfortable with Excel reporting techniques; motivating a team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
